    Quite nice quality patches, though I feel like the laser they are using to cut the patch doesn’t like tiny details. The edges on the small details, especially the stars and the writings, looks somewhat burnt (I picked AOR1 fabric, so the edges looks somewhat more orange than the rest of the fabric). Not noticeable from a distance, but it gets quite obvious up close.

      Hi, we’re sorry you were not 100% happy with your patch. In fact the problem is not related with the laser cutting machine, but with the fabric instead. Some fabrics are very sensitive to heat, and AOR1 and a few other fabrics with light colors are among the most delicate. We have special processes in place to minimize the laser heat when making patches with those fabrics, but it’s obvious that they didn’t work 100% well with your patch. We will contact you soon to offer a replacement, which we will carefully check from a quality prospective.
